Tomorrow is a Disease

This is it.
I have been flipping through the web pages of Pinterest and I keep running into the before and afters of people who have become healthy in mere months. This one photo above was in FIVE months! Just five whole months. That goes by so quickly.

The first time I put my mind to weight loss I broke through to 169 lbs. only ten pounds away from my goal in three months. That's how I know all this extra weight I carry is so toxic to my body. Its not ment to be there.

Since I have gotten back up to 180 lbs my body feels tired and I am sluggish. My challenge is my new life as a soccer mom, intern, and all around busy woman. This leaves no time for me. As I have slowly wiped out the toxic in my life it leaves a bit more free time. Some time to take care of me. I deserve to be first with no stress or demands.

So tomorrow is the day, no excuses. I start back on my new healthy lifestyle complete with exercise, even if its just 20 minutes with Jillian's 3o day shred. 20 minutes is better then nothing, which I am doing right now.
